• How do I place a custom order?

    Please touch base with us via our Contact Us page on our website.  We will endeavour to respond with 72 hours, however this may vary in peak times. Once your order has been finalised via email, we will provide you with an invoice for payment of a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable within 1 week of your collection/delivery date.

  • How far in advance should I book in my cake?

    The earlier the better! We accept orders on a first in best dressed basis. We can get booked out quite quickly during wedding season (September-April), so best to book as early as possible.

  • Help! I’ve left my order to the last minute - Can you squeeze me in?

    Of course! Head over to our online store where we can accommodate orders with 7 days notice

    For all custom orders, we generally require at least 3 weeks, however please touch base if you have a last minute request and we will  try to accommodate you where possible.

  • I've changed my mind on my custom order - Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    Sure can! - For all custom orders, once you have placed your order and paid your deposit, you can change your order up to 3 weeks before your collection/delivery date

    Unfortunately, no changes can be made to orders placed via our online store.

  • Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my order?

    Within 4 weeks of your collection/delivery date - Full Refund

    Within 2 weeks of your collection/delivery date - Refund of 50% Deposit (if paid)

    Within 1 week of your collection/delivery date - No Refund

  • I have a photo of a cake I love! Can you make it for me?

    We would never like to steal someone else’s work of art, however feel
    free to provide photos for inspiration so we can create a custom cake especially for you! Please note, actual colours may vary slightly
    depending on your screen and whether the photo has been edited or filtered in any way.

  • How big will I need my cake to be?

    We will assist you in selecting a cake size that is suited to your needs, however if you have your heart set on a particular size, we can also accomodate this. Refer below as a general guide:

  • Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan Cakes? What about Nut/Dairy allergies?

    We offer 2 gluten free flavours - Chocolate and Vanilla.
    We also offer Vegan cakes in Vanilla and Chocolate; however all cakes and
    sweets have been made using ingredients and on equipment that may contain traces of gluten, dairy, nuts and other known allergens. Full ingredients list can be provided on request.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    We sure do! We offer delivery within Sydney metro areas for an additional cost based on location. We will take every precaution to
    ensure your cake is delivered in perfect condition, however we cannot be
    held responsible for the condition of an order once the cake has been
    received by your venue. Once a delivery has been made and has been
    signed for at the venue, we hold no responsibility for damages. We ask
    that a contact name and phone number is provided of the person
    responsible for receiving the order at the venue.

  • Where is your pick-up location?

    Our pick up location is based in Ryde, NSW 2112. (address details will be provided upon booking). Once an order has been signed for and has left our premises, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused (including damages incurred during your journey and damages caused as a result of storage of the items thereafter). We will however, package your order as best as possible to ensure your journey runs smoothly. Please refer to our handy hints on our Caring for your Cake page.

  • How should I store my cake before serving?

    We recommend storing your cake in the fridge to ensure it remains as
    fresh as possible. Bring the cake to room temperature before serving and
    be sure to keep it away from direct​ ​sunlight or heat. Please refer to
